1. How can I place an order?

  1. Browse our collection.
  2. Select your preferred size and quantity.
  3. Click Add to Cart.
  4. Proceed to Checkout.
  5. Enter your shipping details and complete payment.

2. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • UPI
  • Debit Cards
  • Credit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • Wallets
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for eligible locations)

3. How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
  • Other Cities: 5–10 business days
  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier partner.


4. How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided). You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


5. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.


6. Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes. We accept returns and exchanges for:

  • Damaged products
  • Defective products
  • Wrong items received
  • Size-related issues (subject to availability)

Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.


7. When will I receive my refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

For COD orders, refunds are processed through UPI or bank transfer.


8. What should I do if I receive a damaged product?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order Number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our support team will assist you with a replacement or refund.


9. What if I entered the wrong address?

Contact us immediately after placing the order. If the order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to update the address.
