Shopova – Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with Shopova. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Policy

We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases:

  • Product received is damaged.
  • Product received is defective.
  • Wrong product received.
  • Wrong size received (subject to availability).

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or washed products.
  • Products with removed tags.
  • Products damaged after delivery due to customer misuse.
  • Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or defective).

3. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues (subject to stock availability).
  • Damaged or defective products.
  • Incorrect items received.

Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

4. Refund Policy

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Online payment orders will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued through:

  • UPI transfer, or
  • Bank account transfer

Customers may be asked to provide valid bank account or UPI details for refund processing.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
  • Refusal of COD orders at the time of delivery may affect future COD eligibility.
